Practiced last night for upcoming Friends of Bailey's Wood event. Made smoky, spicy chickpeas over the BBQ. Used a 14th-cent English recipe as a basis. Ground my own 'powder fort' mix (black & long pepper, nutmeg, cloves 😍) + roasted 'comyn', garlic, sea salt, olive oil. Delicious! 😋
