8/ The idea that solves this problem. NFT exchanges (eg OpenSea) should require purchasers of stolen NFT to put up USDC equal to the value of that NFT at that time, so that if there’s a claim later, exchange can transfer USDC out to the victim pursuant to a Court Order.
