Long story, but very personal. 4-5 years ago I was diagnosed with BFS, or Benign Fasciculation Syndrome. This is a neurological issue in which essentially you get “involuntary muscle twitches”, and everyone’s is different, so I’ll show you what mine *can* look like. (Video 1)
