One carnival pet peeve. As a non West Indian, if you’ve chosen to bring a flag to carnival, why have you chosen a Jamaican flag?

ANYWAYS! Reign Mas band had THE most gorgeous costumes for #NHC2024 . Everyone looked amazing & they brought the vibes! The sound system could’ve been better, but when passing me, I couldn’t looked away. 10/10 muah, muah, love y’all! 💋

Extreme had the best sound system, Colours brought the vibes & sounds, & Arawak had great music vibes, & energy. A lot of the bigger bands were acting stush & not dancing. 🥱 #NHC2024

Teejay is my artist 10/10 performance! One of the best sets CitySplashFest had to offer, but putting him & Tarrus Riley on at the same time, #CitySplash you must pay for your sins kmt! 😤 Noh pull da rass again!

Spice needed the hour, 30 min slot that Popcaan had. I missed Valiant to keep my spot for lazy rass Popcaan to be a whole hour late to his set & then act surprised when they locked his mic off at 10:11pm. This was my 3rd time seeing him & for a “vet”, it was shit! #CitySplash

Spice, I love you gyal. A true artist and an amazing performer. CitySplashFest should’ve had you as the headliner. She can get my money again any day! Truly the Queen of Dancehall. 👑 #CitySplash2025

Spice being genuinely confused & concerned thinking a young man she invited on stage was a yaadie because of the Jamaican shirt he had on, only to not be, is peak London vibes because the obsession non-Jamaicans have with them needs to be studied lol. #CitySplash

I’m disappointed in how Popcaan let his set go at City Splash, but I can’t say I’m surprised. He wasn’t my selling point for the concert, but I did want to see if he improved since I last saw him. Big fan of his RECORDS, but irl? Unprofessional & not worth it.
