I was very curious about the salty cheese from #foodiebeauty's "vlog" and now I want to make it! It's salty because it's soaked in brine, but if it gets too salty, you can rinse it or soak it. I saw a recipe that brined it in pickle juice lol seriouseats.com/armenian-strin…
