Changed up how I smoked this pork butt. I butterflied it and smoked at 250F for about 10 hours. Pulled it at 180-185F. OMG, it turned out so good. Chopped instead of pulled. Probably the best smoke ring I’ve ever gotten. michael symon Scott Rodriguez did I do it right??
