Depending on crowds, selfies will be allowed

Due to coaching and helping others with their training runs, I havent done much of my own running in the last few years and therefore hardly race anymore.
Today, I did the Writtle 5 and am pleased to say that I never embarrassed myself 😁.
No idea where that last mile came from.

Saw 'Wilko' a play about 'Wilko Johnson' tonight.
Wilko was a former guitar player with 'Dr Feelgood' and 'Ian Dury and the Blockheads' as well as having a solo career.
His story about fighting and beating cancer is brilliantly told in this play.
