5 drops of Tocovit on my wrists and just got my temp above 97.8 for the first time (without exercise). Thanks Georgi D. Didn’t last super long but gonna titrate up from here to find sweet spot

How often are you guys taking Vit E? Ray said in an interview he only took once a week. I know people take more if they’ve consumed PUFAs to counteract, but wondering pros/cons of taking daily 5-6 drops on skin gets my temp up nicely but only temporarily

As 37M about to start Progest-e, what should I be looking out for to indicate that I should be adding DHEA in as well? Despite a lot of reading around it I still haven’t figured out who that combination is best suited for

I see this all the time and it’s never had any measurable effect on me. I’ve tried different forms, different amounts, never felt anything like a benefit except perhaps slightly improved sleep but even that’s hard to say Am I magnesiuming wrong?
