We use GEPA prompt optimization to iterate against our held out Rolblox agentic coding evals. This is also why we’re prioritizing eval quality underrepresented use cases like debugging - the evals are the foundation of progress.

Enhancements released today to the open source MCP Server for Studio allow for complete agentic loops from any MCP client (e.g. Claude Code) to Studio -- prompt to drive complete edit/run/test/stop loops, converging on outcomes. devforum.roblox.com/t/studio-mcp-s…

I played around with codex app-server and agree it's very cool. Really reduces the friction to embed AI assistantance into an app.

We believe AI will support creators in increasing the quality and diversity of their work. We don't see AI replacing creators, and we expect Developer Exchange Fees (DevEx) to continue in their growth.

I disagree strongly that learning to code is useless. Yes perhaps coding has evolved in a way syntax is less important. But really understanding how and why things work is perhaps more important than ever if you want to build great software.

Nice. AI tooling that gets you part of the way there and then gives you precise control to really increase the quality is what I view as the distinction between an accelerant vs a slop generator.

GPT-5.4 with the Roblox MCP server created its own 3D models, animations and GUI. It's so cool you can make games so easily

Vibe coded a Webgpu streaming Blender REPL. Backed by a real blender instance with state/stdio streamed over HTTP with Codex.

Really buggy ( the UV mapping does not follow the mouse) though also made a vibe coded web based materials painting app.

We've updated our OpenGameEval with Claude Opus 4.7. It's a significant improvement in debugging evals vs. Opus 4.6. Congrats to Anthropic on the release. github.com/Roblox/open-ga…

Those using the Roblox MCP server: What are common workflows that take you go back and forth with your MCP tool and studio / alt tab a lot?
