When I order from swiggy and the restaurant doesn't have the thing I ordered, they make the delivery guy the scapegoat. The delivery guy reasons with me. The delivery guy waits much longer. I get my refund by complaining. The restaurant moves on. The delivery guy suffers. Tragedy
