Que dirían los filósofos jurídicos ya muertos (Montesquieu, Rousseau, Hobbes, largo etc), que durante siglos han defendido el “checks and Balances”, al ver al Ministro Presidente de la “Corte Constitucional” de Mexico presentar un iniciativa de ley?
