Looking out of our bathroom window and admiring the path we made yesterday. All still very much a work in progress (are gardens ever ‘finished’?) but this patch of land brings me so much joy.

I saw my first male bullfinch today, it was mega. jibberdy almost ran into a door in his excitement to grab the binoculars. I don’t know what I’d do without nature.

We achieved the ultimate lockdown trifecta today - flour, yeast AND compost.
