As we approach Remembrance Sunday, we are proud of our three year 9 students, Anji, Heather and Haydn, who laid a wreath on behalf of the Avanti Grange community at the Menin Gate during the Last Post Ceremony on the Year 9 Battlefields Trip. #LestWeForget

Over 300 students watched our music concert organised by Mr Day. All the students that performed were brilliant and a credit to our expanding music department. Another example of the Avanti Grange community supporting each other and celebrating each other’s successes. 🎶🎼🎵 😊

We held our first GCSE Options evening for our founding cohort of students and their parents. The Drama Studio and Library buzzed with excitement as students discussed the GCSE courses available to them with subject leads.

🌍Avanti Grange Stands United Against Violence 🌍 On the UN’s #InternationalDayForTheEliminationofViolenceAgainstWomen (25th Nov), our Forgotten Women Club created a powerful Pledge Wall. Together, we’re fostering a safer, more compassionate community. 💜🕊

Our year 9 students attended the Generation Hertfordshire Careers Fair, run by the Careers and Enterprise Company. They had the opportunity to speak with universities as well as local and national employers. They asked fantastic questions thinking deeply about their futures.
