A wander around Ventnor yesterday. This is looking towards Steephill Cove and was taken about an hour before sunset.

A fiery Needles sunset, taken just after the storms this weekend.

Yesterday's sunset at the Needles (National Trust). This time the sky was less angry looking than the previous attempt at this shot from a week earlier. Still not the perfect sunset, but that's the joy of landscape photography!

The crescent moon over the Needles last night. The moon appears full thanks to Earthshine and the sea is being illuminated by Venus, which is showing bright in the night sky at the moment. We'll post a wider angle view shortly which shows Venus very clearly.
