The 24th-ranked Pittsburg State softball team defeated UNK yesterday, 10-3 and 10-1. Game 1: Northwest grad Ava Laurent struck out 10 in six innings. Laurent is 15-4 in the circle for the Gorillas (38-11) with four games remaining in the regular season before the MIAA tournament.
