The best schools have this in common: The adults respect each other, value their colleagues’ contributions, encourage everyone to have a voice, have high professional expectations, and ensure everyone is acknowledged.

Think of how much less conflict & drama we might have if we chose to be less offend-able. Less quick to jump to conclusions. Less likely to perceive a rejection that was never intended. And less likely to get distracted from our real assignment to love God & love others.
