What are the people who are not breaking down every experience into multiple categories and then finding ways to synthesise them into systems thinking about?

This community has been a great aid during times of hardship & isolation. However I also see the harm in dwelling in suffering, which is what this platform often becomes for me. So farewell for now, may we all find peace and compassion in the face of suffering
