Ok in a business model targets are good, if they are actually related to the work being done. However, fish on the moon , not going to work

Telling a patient we don't offer a particular service is NOT being uncaring, for example most shoe shops don't sell fish! We can redirect.

Good care is like good tailoring, made to measure fits best. Unfortunately it's too expensive for everyone to have it. So we get off the peg

Models of care are not tools to do the tasks of nursing they are just visual aids to remind us what might need doing.

Trained to solve problems but forced not to offer the obvious solution by, regulations and red tape, need to just do the right thing.

Please listen to the nurse looking after you they are probably giving you good advice. We don't just make stuff up we want you to get better

Your health IS your responsibility, if you get advice from health staff and choose not to take it don't be surprised when you don't get well
