Bought a bike! Warehouse is around 4 miles each way so will be cycling to pick orders on quieter days and use deep panniers.

Went on a three mile hike yesterday on bridleways & footpaths. Take delivery of new bike tomorrow. It'll be the 1st bike ride in 30 years.

Lovely day gardening & cycling yesterday. Hiking later in Brimpton. One of Sue's colleagues said I'm "embracing the outdoor life".

Follow up 6 week check at hospital. Heart suffered some slight damage, but nothing too serious. Good news - very relieved.

Happy Birthday to me. I'm not at melancholy, but can't help think how I nearly never made this one. Excuse for no packing today. BBQ later.
