Harley was hard on himself since his split with Joker, and the side effects of getting rid of your abuser was a clouded mindset. He's so used to having J's input that without him around, it felt so desolate. “I dunno. Since I left him, I just feel empty and uncertain.”

O h —.

He's chilly!

“But why would he do what he did? It's like I didn't matter anymore. . .” Of course Harley was thrown off guard, sipping the relaxing tea but it never helped his ability to really calm down. Harley was filled with pent up excitement and there was no mistaking that.

He's sad no one is playing with him.

“Have ya ever thought about murdering them?”

“Ooh, cool—.” No harm, no foul, right? Well, at least to Harley. “What for? Because you were bored?”

Harley's giggles expressed great amusement, mostly because he could understand. “I like that—.”

“Sometimes I like beating ‘em with a bat. Until they stop moving.” Harley was kicking his legs from the spot of which he sat, holding said bat within his grasp.

“Uh-huh!” Harley wasn't all there but at the same time, he was very smart — all things happened for a reason. He liked to use that logic with his illegal activities. “Bang, bang! Doesn't take much!”

“Harley! Harley Quinn!” The eccentric jester had presented a decorated hand, covered in various jewelery and tattoos done on his own supervision. Not everyone liked excess energy but Harley did try to limit himself.

“Cause I can,” Harley was straight forward and couldn't lie about the pleasures of doing something horrible — his hues unable to concentrate for long. He then directed his attention towards something shiny.

Swoons.

“You parrot or somethin’?” Harley looked at whatever had caught his attention, but it was all science and technology stuff so it didn't make much sense to him. It did look pretty cool however.

“I guess so — Pammy always says I have an eye for cool things. I dunno. . . I don't even know what this is.” Harley heaved a heavy sigh and adjusted the suspenders that held up his trousers, giving Darren a quick blink.

“My best friend — Pamela Isley. She's an amazing botanist, but she goes by the persona of Poison Ivy. Dangerous lady.” Harley gave up on observing and moved to look at Darren head-on.

“I dunno — I just escaped Arkham and this was the first place that caught my eye.” He popped a large bubble of gum, proceeding to gnaw it back into his cavernous mouth. Clearly Harley was a bit skeevy and erratic after not being on his meds. . . But that's Arkham's fault.
