I can finally listen to the song “Happy” by USS. I was not in a happy place for quite awhile but I’m definitely feeling more peace of mind these days. 🌧⏰

Just had a dance party to Happy by USS, in a tunnel under the Malahat, with my friends kids. The acoustics were pretty killer 🎶 🕺 💃

Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged in New York is a mesmerizing, transcendent piece of music history. Kurt had an emotional openness in that performance and showed a side we hadn’t seen from him before. It was released on November 1, 1994.

USS’s final tour starts in two and a half weeks. It’s sad they’re ending but I’m glad I’ll get to see them again. So many shows. So many memories. 💙💜❤️

It does not feel like it’s almost 4am. Hello jet lag ✈️

Definitely not feeling the season this year. Had my heart trampled so that doesn’t help. Really missing my Mum and other loved ones that made this time of year special. It’s just a heavy end to the year 🤷‍♂️💔
