This process is following repetitive historical patterns. A centralized bureaucracy is writing a set of rules that firmly entrenches a group in power with access to the energy produced by others and insulates itself from outside input. Cardano is just doing the same old thing

We cannot have anything that is either Unenforceable or Selectively Enforceable in the constitution. We should never give something like the Constitutional Committee power to selectively apply rules. At a fundamental level that will be corrosive any social contract we build.
