Frank Street was a first class cricketer with Essex Cricket and an University of Oxford Blue for football. In WW1 Frank served as a Lieutenant in the 9th Royal Fusiliers. He was KIA on the Somme on 7 July 1916 and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial. #WW1 #History #HistoryMatters
