Palhinha on loan for a year is fine by me. The arsenal game today showed me Frank is prepared to go through extended phases of defensive play and that's Palinha's bag. Scott Parker regen perhaps? He far outdid my expectations.

Not that West Ham would do it, but Paqueta is calling to me. Eze for many reasons isn't a goer and I can't see anyone else left that improves our first 11 in the 10 role.

Bayern not having much of the ball but having the confidence to shoot from outside the area when they get there. The last time we would do that on the regular was about 3 years ago when Son still had swagger. We don't play with confidence.

You can't defend that deep for that long against PSG, or any team of quality. Taking Richy off was a mistake. His work kept us up the pitch

The Bissouma ban looks to have backfired. Much better option to bring on then Grey (who I have maintained will never be a number 6 in a top league). If we are really going to shift on Bissouma then we need to focus on Bergvall as the rotation option.

I really want to see Brennan Johnson as a striker in a two up top formation. I think he'd hit 30 goals for us. He may not be good at much at all as far as a traditional winger is concerned (see: Kudus), but his finishing is world class imo.

That Simon, Sarr and Palinha midfield is going to hit like crack. Please make Savinho the icing on there cake. Lookman also acceptable

Quite clear that Bournemouth are targeting the gap between Porro and Romero. Semenyo holding house position out wide to keep Porro there, Romero within touching distance of VDV. Huge gap that needs to be sorted.

We can't keep hold of the ball in the final third. Odobert needs to come on for Johnson (who predictably has done nothing).

Bournemouth were terrific. Congratulations to them. We were dogshit. It looked to me that players are waiting in their designated position for the ball 25 yards from whoever is in posession at the time. No movement, nothing. Total isolation. Bournemouth played fluidly all game
