Challenging conditions on Sunday for training at the Look Out Bracknell. We did manager a resonable session at 60% speed working on Sprint Technique. Well done Sprinters for braving the weather.

Tried a new drill for reactive speed pleased with the outcome for the first time.

Well done guys yesterday in the Bracknell Academy, very strong wind made using parachutes difficult. It was amusing seeing how hard the youngsters worked to try and keep a straight line.
