He was in Tiananmen Square on June 4th 1989, was detained, but made it to Hong Kong. For 30 years he used Hong Kong’s freedoms to shine a light on the memory of 1989. 36 years later and Hong Kong is in darkness. It is a crime to light a candle. Lee Cheuk Yan is in chains again.
