Asylum Research turns 25 today! We recreated our original logo from 1999 using anodic oxidation #nanolithography on silicon with the Cypher ES AFM and MicroAngelo­TM  Nanolithography software. Tip bias -1V to -8V. Imaged in contact mode. 10 µm scan. #AtomicForceMicroscopy
