Living in TX while COVID is starting to spike feels like everything is closing in on us like it went from not knowing anyone who caught it to now knowing friends or friends of friends who tested positive. If you didn’t take this seriously before, now is the time.

I already knew the danger of this virus but even more so now with it hitting so close to home. I can’t explain how it feels to have a family member have it and see people protesting mask wearing, still going out to bars/parties, & acting like nothing is happening.
