I knew I shouldn't have left my house, when I got back I felt the symptoms of some virus feels like a cold, but I was taking no chances, within 30 minutes of the first symptoms I took some garlic, and gargle it for 3 minutes my symptoms were gone, sea salt and garlic really work.
