Wow. The first #Indy500 on INDYCAR on FOX averaged more than 7 million viewers (7.05 million) according to Nielsen fast nationals, making it the most-watched Indy 500 in 17 years (7.245 million, 2008). Peak audience was 8.4 million during the closing laps. Up 40% YOY (5.024M).

This came off the back of a ton of hard work from a ton of people at the teams, the series, and of course INDYCAR on FOX FOX Sports! A privilege to be a small part of that group. Thank you all who watched!
