One way to beat the review process is to create, sign up for, or say yes to participating in workshops. Share the draft you plan to submit and get the feedback early so you can improve the piece before submission. Even if it's just sending it to a couple friends.

She has great advice for submitting articles…also applies to grant proposal prep!

This….is so helpful to know and applies to drafts of grant proposals sent to reviewers….get feedback from program officers before you submit!!!!!!

And apply this to grant proposals….my list is way longer and includes budgets that don’t add up!
