Of all the hotel chains Radisson Rewards Radisson Blu has the worst sales and customer service team. No use even if you are a Top premier member of Radisson rewards . Avoid Radisson group for hotels
Such a disappointment being a Marriott Bonvoy gold member
Once again MakeMyTrip you screwed up without giving me a resolution how can you close the case. One lesson learnt book directly from hotel but again Marriott Bonvoy Assist also didn’t help .
So shameless MakeMyTrip and Marriott Bonvoy not even bothered to revert
Never seen such poor unresponsiveness from a brand like Marriott International Marriott Hotels Marriott Bonvoy . It was known from great service . Such a poor experience
