For those who don't understand things and need explanation, we built a system for Okomu in the 90s where car mileage was recorded daily, and fuel was measured in liters for each car. They fired their Admin manager when they found out his mileage and fuel consumption didn't match.

Systems like that solve more problems than micromanaging and wasting valuable leadership time. After the Admin manager was fired, people became cautious as they knew the system worked. The plantation is efficient today because of the systems we implemented in the 90s. No brainer.
