A two-year program of school leadership training for headteachers and deputies led to a 0.1 standard deviation increase in student test scores, equivalent to 8 week's additional learning: documents.worldbank.org/en/publication… (with Salman Asim, Stefan Dercon, and Donna Harris of Oxford)
