I told my husband about a local rescue that has a dog named Honor. They don't know how old she is because the breeder filed down all her teeth so she couldn't defend herself from 💩 males they wanted to breed her with. He's now mad about that. Because he's a good human.

Stagnant pay is normal in the Captioning industry. I'm thankful I work for a company that cares and compensates us very well. Too many companies respond to clients by lowering their rates and devaluing their professional captioners.
