Man, John Tory got so much wrong while mayor of Toronto he actually ran out of things to be wrong about and had to invent entirely new ways to fuck up.

This week we saw an entire conservative media ecosystem spread misinformation on behalf of 0.13% of the wealthiest Canadians. People whose wealth is so great this tax will mean nothing to most of them. Going to bat for the richest of the rich is an incredible waste of democracy.

For those bemoaning the capital gains on individuals: please note 99.87 percent of Canadians are not affected.

I want a Toronto city council motion on whether Jita’s cubs should have adequate accommodation just to see if Stephen Holyday votes “no.”

A rich person says taxing him will ruin *my* life. Well he's gotta be right, there's no incentive for him to lie at all. From now on I will only tweet in solidarity with the richest 0.1% of Canadians.

We've bottled it down the stretch. Shades of Arsenal last season. All the Liverpool injuries and being robbed by PGMOL (which they admitted) against London sides -twice - aside, it's not taking the chances that mattered. I hope I'm wrong, but the dream is over.

Was off Twitter yesterday because I listened to Pierre Poilievre and tried welding using my bare hands. Long story short, the WiFi is not very good at the hospital.

Student residences counting as “homes” is a Conservative housing plan at its finest. With an option to be homeless for 1/3 of the year, it truly is the party of freedom.

A once in a lifetime opportunity in Toronto and it's being half assed? Man, even the moon and the sun understand how things work around here.

Tesla’s share price is plummeting and Reuters revealed he stopped work on a low-cost, mass-market vehicle, so it’s time to announce plans to show off some vaporware that will give the stock a boost by firing up the cult.

I can’t believe Justin Trudeau forced her to eat at the restaurant of an international hotel chain in Toronto. Will the tyranny never end!

Conservative culture wars are genuinely the stupidest things imaginable.

If the halftime analysis of this City-Arsenal match is 'it's a tactical duel between two brilliant managers' that's just the analyst working unnecessarily hard not to say this is a very boring match devoid of goal scoring chances.

I'm still haunted by the Darwin Nunez giveaway at Old Trafford directly creating United's third goal, but this helps. Now an Arsenal dropped point away from Liverpool controlling its own destiny.

There are more vice presidents at Metrolinx than there are daily train departures from Union Station on the Kitchener, Milton, Barrie, and Richmond Hill rail corridors – combined.

Metrolinx has more vice presidents than some of their train routes have daily scheduled trains. I believe public sector jobs should be plenty and well compensated to meet a population's needs, but this is not an example of that, this is mimicking private sector bloat at the top.

Conservatives are getting super comfortable thinking they're awaiting a coronation in the next federal election, so they'll push the envelope more and more into these ugly areas. These are culture warriors whose worldview was developed from racist 1990s talk radio rants.
