Respected Jagdambika Pal Ji, Waqf Act is not only Un-Constitutional but Un-Islamic and Un-Quaranic also. We have challenged the constitutional validity of the Act and matter is pending in the Court. Please give us opportunity to explain the illegality of the Act before JPC.
