Rush today. Bx result before serology! Severe necrotizing & crescentic glomerulonephritis (GN), all glomeruli showed crescents (arrow). IF= linear IgG (3+) along glomerular basement membrane (GBM). Diagnosis: Anti-GBM GN 16 yr-old with 1-week h/o AKI, Cr 8. Serologies pending.
