Regulated oxygen therapy is wonderful cost effective DRUG for mod to severe sick COVID patients .This can save more lives in LMIC’s.Coming weeks, oxygen supply chain must be ensured in small hospitals. Avoid use of ventilator, it needs skilled & competent critical care teams!
