I love the partnerships between Watauga County Schools & AppState RCOE. This morning, Appalachian State students delivered Letterland intervention lessons with Cove Creek School students, they followed up with a class session to reflect on and learn from their experiences. #WeAreWatauga
Preservice teachers in my LIT 3340 Science of Literacy class practiced reading aloud high-quality children’s literature. Their lessons focused on building background knowledge, exploring novel vocabulary, and supporting language comprehension. AppState RCOE
