Extremist Republicans who want to force disproportionately low-income women to give birth don’t also want to ensure universal child care or paid family leave. They’re not here to support families. They’re here to push a radical agenda. We must call it out and fight back.

Republicans have only won one popular vote in the last 34 years. Democratic Senators represent 40 million more voters than Republican Senators. Doesn’t matter. We have 6 conservative Supreme Court monarchs who call all the shots. This is not what functional democracy looks like.
