Great first surgical day at the US/India #bladderexstrophy workshop — followed by great dinner! Aseem Shukla and Pramod Reddy always make sure we’re not just learning about surgery, we’re also learning about India 🇮🇳

An absolutely electric atmosphere ⁦civilhospitalamdavad⁩ as the #USIndiaBladderExstrophyCollaborative (USIBEC) surgical team completed evaluations of 160 children and now celebrate with a group photo and hundreds of selfies before 1 week of surgery begins tomorrow! ⁦

And the 16th annual U.S.-India Bladder Exstrophy Collaborative is underway civilhospitalamdavad!

We have surgeons from 15 countries here and nearly 200 children with exstrophy from several countries.
