On December 6th, Ascencia participated in the 47th Annual Montrose Christmas Parade! We were surrounded by fellow Glendale businesses, organizations, and community leaders, in addition to 30,000 folks in attendance! Thank you to the volunteers who showed up and marched with us!

This Friday, we are holding our Homeless Persons' Memorial Service at Wee Kirk O’ The Heather at Forest Lawn Glendale. This event is open to the public. We will be collecting donations of new blankets and new or gently used jackets, gloves, and hats at the event. See you there!

This past Friday, December 19th, Ascencia held our annual Homeless Persons' Memorial Service. This year, we eulogized 12 Ascencia clients. May they rest in peace. Thank you to our hosts, sponsors, speakers, and attendees.

Once again, our amazing friends and partners from Glendale Rotary Noon have stepped in to help our mission with a large supply of laundry detergent. On average, about 200 loads of laundry are washed at Ascencia per month! On behalf of the families we serve, we are so grateful!
