No they literally aren’t. Why do you think IFBB pro Olympia bodybuilders eat chicken/turkey/fish diet? They are lean meats; higher in protein, lesser in fat calories and cholesterol. Red meat is inferior for a good diet. You can get Iron from other sources easily.
