During the Boer War in South Africa it was commonplace to collect coins from enemy combatants and have them made into jewellery once home. This brooch is now on the website. Boer War silver coin brooch- the coins dated 1892 & 1896.

Due to the current 3rd wave of COVID-19, rife in Gauteng, the SAADA directors have made the difficult decision to postpone the Johannesburg Winter Fair, scheduled to take place from the 25 - 27 June 2021. Our Summer fair is now scheduled from the 12 - 14 November 2021.
