It's 67 days since the "Individuals Emergency Resilience Programme" opened and Arts Council of Northern Ireland has still not distributed any of the funding. They currently have multiple funds open. They clearly do not have the capacity to operate multiple funds. 🇮🇪🇵🇸🏳️‍⚧️CarálNíChuilín, Is Deontóir Mé ✊ Communities NI

Is that acceptable for "emergency" funding? Andy Allen MBE MLA Robin Newton MBE #LucysLaw4NI @PaulaBradleyMLA Mark H Durkan Jonathan Buckley

Exactly! It's 77 days since the "Individuals Emergency Resilience Programme" opened and none of the £1.1 million has been distributed to struggling freelancers in the arts sector. Who is accountable for this scandalous inaction? Conor Murphy Arts Council of Northern Ireland 🇮🇪🇵🇸🏳️‍⚧️CarálNíChuilín, Is Deontóir Mé ✊
