A highlight of 1st Battalion, The Mercian Regiment’s patrols competition was the bayonet lane where each soldier’s grit, determination and aggression was tested. Every Mercian soldier must be ready for close combat as part of their job role. #ArmdInfExcellence #Readiness #SFSH
