BREAKING: A federal judge just ordered the release of Michael Cohen to home confinement. This ruling in our case is a victory for the First Amendment.

BREAKING: In a victory for the First Amendment, a federal court just ruled New York's courthouse protest law unconstitutional. The law made it a crime to shout or display signs about a trial within 200ft of a courthouse. Political speech in the public square isn't a crime.
