We had a lovely walk on the Isleof Kerrera on Tuesday with our friends from @homestartlorn We took the new road down to Kerrera marina and had a lovely picnic in the sun. The Easter Bunny even met us with Easter eggs! Thanks to CalMac Ferries supporting our wee walks this year!

Today we had a visit from Maz Gordon the founder of Oban Lesbian Weekend. Maz held a raffle to raise funds for suicide prevention and mental health. £442 was handed over to help with the women’s activities. @obanlesbianweekend

It is ok to ask for help! Many of us will struggle with our Mental Health at some point in our lives, to many people do NOT reach out because of STIGMA and DISCRIMINATION. This has to stop as it is causing people their lives.
