If you are telling teachers to practice self-care but are continually asking them to give up planning time to cover when there is a shortage of subs, you have no business telling them to practice self-care. 3/

Wise principal dispatch: Emailed class and explained the importance of turning in consent forms. Then said, "reply to this email and let me know you give your consent and I will put that into the system." Make it easy and send the message that C-19 testing is expected.
